WHAT TO BRING  :  

• Warm clothes and waterproofs in case of rain 

• 8 metal boules per team i.e. 2 boules per player (we do have some boules available if you don't have any)

• Picnic tables and chairs

• Food and drink for the day (the Grant Arms will be open for meals/snacks/coffees & teas)

• Fancy dress is optional but is the norm for this event - there will be prizes for the best dressed team.



​IMPORTANT :

Huge problems are caused if you arrive late or don't turn up on the day. Please help us to provide a great day out for everyone by registering no later than 9.00am, regardless of weather.

 

The first games will start at 9.30am prompt.   If you have a particular problem that is going to cause a delay in your arrival, you must let us know as soon as possible.
